For the good beginning red beauties, that I've found on my father-in-low terrace. They're extremely hot when are dried, and in the form I use them in my kitchen almost everyday.

Für einen guten Anfang rote Schönheiten, die ich auf der Terasse meines Schwiegervaters entdeckt habe. Sie sind unglaublich scharf wenn sie trocken sind, und in dieser Forme nutze ich sie in meiner Küche fast alltäglich.

Na dobry początek czerwone piękności, ktre odkryłam na tarasie teścia. Wysuszone ą niesamowicie pikantne, ale właśnie w tej formie niemal codziennie używam jej w mojej kuchni.

And here some facts from wikipedia. Chili peppers have been a part of the human diet in the Americas since at least 7500 BC. Christopher Columbus was one of the first Europeans to encounter them (in the Caribbean), and called them "peppers" because they, like black and white pepper of the Piper genus known in Europe, have a spicy hot taste unlike other foodstuffs. Upon their introduction into Europe chilis were grown as botanical curiosities in the gardens of Spanish and Portuguese monasteries.

Und hier einiges aus Wikipedia. Bei Ausgrabungen in einem Tal bei Tehuacán (Mexiko) konnten Belege gefunden werden, die beweisen, dass Paprika bereits um 7000 v. Chr. als Nutzpflanzen dienten. 

Cristopher Kolumbus' Reisen ab 1492 hatten auch zum Ziel, das damalige Monopol Venedigs im Pfeffer

- und Gewürzhandel zu brechen. Nachdem er – seiner Vermutung nach in Indien– landete, lernte er dort scharfe Früchte kennen, die von den Einwohnern zum Würzen von Speisen verwendet wurden.

Trochę informacji według wikipedii. Papryka chili (chilli), papryka ostra – owoc jednej z odmian papryki rocznej ('Chili'). pochodzi z Peru (Peruvian hot pepper), uprawiana ze względu na swoje walory smakowe. Jest używana jako przyprawa. Dojrzała ma intensywnie czerwony kolor, a także bardzo ostry smak.
